From all Call of Duty games I think Modern Warfare 2 has the best soundtrack so far.

FF7 is unbeatable in every way, its like an icon RPG game for consoles much like Halo is an Icon FPS for consoles, I don't think they will ever release a game that will be on par with that, another important key thing is that everybody is sooo spoiled today with top graphics and so many RPGs thats impossible to create something unique and remarkable as FF7 back in its time.
