*Remembers the fun he had last night playing Rainbow Six: Vegas and Shadowrun with his friends online*

Yeah... your right. That was bad.

They had better bring more than just theirlame sports games to the Wii table. The Wii already has more than enough games that don't interest me.

Most shooters now-a-days are all generic. But I don't care. I go for fun first, innovation is just gravy.

Elder Scrolls games. Back when X-box was still MS's only conosle I would always go back to Morrowind ever couple of weeks or so. And now I find myself going back to play more Oblivion quite often, and still sometimes I go play more Morrowind. The Elder Scrolls is a kick ass series. I want to play Daggerfall something fierce.

[QUOTE="Private_Vegas"]

Gaming iskinda like a culture or religion. (hell, to some people it is a culture/religion)And as such any culture there are certain taboos what are not to be broken, and guidelines for behaviour. Whether or not Wii breaks these rules our not is not something I'm prepared to debate. However if you see a catholic priest replacing the communion bread with potato chips, andputting ruffiesthe wine, and just playing movies and tunes instead of reading the bible, then it doesn't matter of that's the church with the highest attendance in the world. That priest is still ruining Catholicism.

As I said, whether or not the Wii is breaking the rules is not something I'm willing to debate, but if it is. Sales don't mean jack.

Please don't be mad... this is the best analogy I could think up.

GundamGuy0

Well argument is that the Wii's shovelware is going to kill gaming cause it sells and it would be easyer for developers to just make shovelware and not real games... that argument kind of falls apart if you look at the sales and realize they don't sell....

That's the point of this therad.

Ah, I was thinking along the lines of about how people say that Wii ruins gaming cause of.... well.... no one really ever really explains how. Usually just the words hardcore and casual thrown in to a big mishmash paragraph. So I figure they mean that the Wii cheapening gameing and "Selling out"

Thats where my bad church analogy came from. It would appear I've misconstrued the issue the TC wished to discuss.

EDIT: Does anyone else have the problem where some ofthe spaces between thier words just vanish somewhere between when the click submit, and the next page loads up? Cause I'm, having that trouble a lot lately.

Since when has Ace Combat 6 been 360 exclusive?

At any rate it looks like a pretty solid line-up. I'm definitely not disappointed.

More and more I'm getting the feeling in my gut that MS will sink to last place somehow.
