Pokemon is fun to play if you're into action/adventure type games. It's mostly battles and a story line but it's still a fun game.
New Super Mario Bros. is a pretty fun game. If you're into Super Mario then you should be into this.
Mario party is pretty fun, but I think it'd be much more fun if you had other people to play with.
Zelda is a game you probably should get. It's fun, use of the touchscreen is awesome, and it's got a wicked story line.
Basically everything you've put down on your list is super fun. Except for COD4, I didn't find it all that fun. (No offense to COD4 fans).
Basically, go with your gut feeling or what you think is most fun. All are great titles.
