[QUOTE="turokdude"] so? its a hard game? ston3henge
I went out and bought the game because I was tired of the back-and-forth on these boards and I wanted to formulate my own opinion. I played through the training, did all of the fetch quests, and got into the hunting so I probably put a (comparitively) small amount of time into it, but what I did gleen from my dip was that the game is graphically gorgeous, has depth for days/ weeks/ months/ a lifetime, but that I lost interest in it quickly because there really isn't a narative or a point to the game past level grinding and weapon aquisition.
Is it a "bad game"? No. Not by any means. But I really lost interest after the start because I prefer a game with a story and plot twists and a possible ending. This is also a game which is really meant to be played in groups, and seeing as I'm an older guy with only a few PSP-owning friends, ad-hoc parties are kind of out of the question.
Buy a copy, try it out. If you don't like it return it within a week (trust me, that's long enough to tell if you're the type for playing it) for store credit. MHFU is a game that needs to be experienced personally. All of the jabbering about it online to the pro or con is never going to answer your question. Some people love it and others love to bash on those who love it... that's about all you'll really learn here on the forums asking this sort of question.

Exactly, some people love it some people hate it.You can easily spend 100 hours in this game but once you've done most quests and best armor and stuff your probably gonna get tired of it.
I've quit the game actually since there's not much to do anymore.
Ready for the next MH :)
