You can unlock up to Master Ninja in the demo. I finished MN on the 360 version and comparing the first two levels, I like what Sigma is doing much better. Less cheese and projectile spam and the enemies are tougher to delimb and kill.

Also Ayane is awesome :P

Did you beat it on master difficulty? I only tried twice, the first time I was "lol, the enemies are the same ones on the normal difficulty. xD I'm gonna vut through them like there's no tomorrow" of course the first second I got hit by two attacks and died xD The second time I managed to evade their attacks...but I got killed by one shot from these one arm/leg enemies. :P but idk, it doesn't feel that I'll have a hard time if I went at another time.

Yeah I finished everything in the demo except the second acolyte team mission which I'll do later. If one of those white ninjas grabs you on master ninja, it's pretty much a one hit kill. It's definitely easier than MN on the 360 but I like they way they balanced it. You still have to be careful not to get hit but whenever I did, I felt like it was my fault and not the game being cheap.

Also keep in mind that the demo is only the first part of the first level and you start with level 3 weapons and ninpo. Though I'm sure it will be easier...I wouldn't want to play a game harder than NG2 anyways.

If you like Megaman consider getting Maverick Hunter X. You can probably find it for like $10 now and I like it a lot.

Better to have another VC on PSP than none at all, so I'm cool with this. Don't have many PSP games anyways.

I have a 40GB with 3.01 and I played Uncharted for a few hours yesterday with no problems.

I think the OP was thinking a lot of people were going to agree with him. This would have made him feel very good about himself and the thread he started (we get about 1 of these a week). Unfortunately I don't think he is getting the responses he wants

Jaysonguy

look at the poll, 62% agree with me. you say we get 1 thread a week but according to our levels and total posts, im on here alot more then you and i havent seen a thread like this in months

Great, and you've been proven wrong countless times in this thread as well

Gaming is an expensive hobby despite the fact that of all entertainment options it's refused to account for inflation for the last 30 years.

Everyone who is agreeing with you just wants things cheaper the way people want free samples in stores

No one in this thread has provided a single fact that games are somehow more expensive then they should be

Value is relative from person to person. Some people might be willing to spend $100 on a particular game and feel it was worth the price while another person might consider the value they received from it to be only worth $20. And I think people want demos the way people want free samples in stores so they get a first hand experience of what it is they're paying for.

You can show development costs and such to try to show factual evidence that the prices are justified(if you're asking for facts), though, and of course it's just my opinion, but the final product that you see in many of the games released do not reflect the price tag despite the amount of resources a company may have put into it.

I think that's about as close to a fact as you're going to get.

W00t, 80,000 Uncharted Dollars to spend in Uncharted 2 8)

I hope everyone's kept their Uncharted saves!

joseph_mach

Wha? I don't have the time to watch those videos. Could you elaborate a bit further on that?

If you have a save file from Uncharted 1 that has finished the game you get 80,000 game dollars to unlock stuff. 20,000 if you have a save that hasn't finished it.

lmao I have a 40GB and I never even knew that little PS logo could rotate. I'm happy with the fat 40GB for as long as it works. But at least if it breaks there's a new model I can get.

Depends on the game. A few are worth $60, but IMO most of them are not.
