Ok, this may be a dumb question, but can someone explain how to do this cause I dont play Halo 3 and he called me up last night asking me about this and he just got the gold account and said he couldn't figure out how to do it. JasonWI

Turn on the 4 controllers and on the screen it should say "a join" in which u click a and it comes up with 4 square. click a on the non logged in controllers and it should come up with a list of profiles to log into, scroll down to the last one which should be guest and click log in. do this 4 the 3 controllers. (player 1 should be your xbl profile)
