How could they not? They would look biased if they gave it anything other than thay since other websites gave it a perfect rating.

wow i guess its just my PS3....every time i start up a download, say its at 26% i hope on a game ( single player not online) play for like an hour come back and its always at the same percentage...oh well guess its just mine lolPK_3100

It still downloads while you're playing a game, just very slowly.
