RE5 looks completley stunnimg, gow2 stil lbeats 85% of current games in the graphics department. Halo 3 looks like trash though ill give you that. as for L4d , i dont even enjoy the gameplay (i have the pc version) , it doesnt feel like survival horror or anything, it feels liek shoot as many zombies as quickly as humanly popssible and there is never a lack of ammo or health........... and yeah the L4D graphics were a huge dissapointment after seeing ohter recent source games (TF2, HL2 EPI2)

If your looking for a frantic shooter than yeah L4D will have you covered (although its really linear even as far a sshooters go) , but if your looking for a survival scare zombie game look elsewere (Re5, Condemed, FeAR 2)

Dont listen to the dude who has been posting, the smaus avatar guy lol, forgot his name and didnt feel like going back a window. 720 p looks better , but 1080i is extreamly close, and as or it being 540p ......you dont know anyhting about resolutions do you? the only thing the i means is that the single is interlaces as opposed to progressive so it refrshes the image half as fast as 1080p , the reolution is still gonna be 1920x1080 as opposed to 1024x720 . 720p is just better for games because it refreshes faster and games tend to have alot of movement, so if you move alot in 1080i thats why you get the blurry effect.

My answer: Save your money. 1080p will be standard soon and everyhign will soon be made in 1080p and sets will just get cheaper. Save your cash for a whiel longer and get a 1080p.

if thats not an option - get a 720p tv (not a 1080i tv set to 720 p, IT WONT LOOK AS GOOD because the 1080i tv has WAY more pixels than it will be displaying.)

This. Leveling up HURTS you in Oblivion.....really anti beneficial imo, sigh ..........*dreams about morrowind , but no, no fast levels for armorer sorry, and dont worry about your other level, you can beat the game at level 1 (youtube it if you dont belive me)
