Xbox One Release Date: Has Microsoft Leaked The Xbox One Release Date In a "Call of Duty: Ghosts" Ad

Well would you take a look at this - the official Xbox site appears to think the Xbox One version of Call of Duty: Ghosts will release on 5th November. The game has been confirmed as an Xbox One launch title. Has Microsoft prematurely revealed the date that its next gen console goes on sale?

For those playing on the Xbox 360 and have unlocked one of two particular achievements in the Tyranny of King Washington DLC can be rewarded with a pair of unique avatar items. Unlocking the A Wolf in Sheeps Clothing Achievement can unlock a complete Connor costume for your avatar while the Uniquely Familiar Achievement unlocks a bald eagle to compliment your new costume.

PlayStation 3 players also get rewarded for the same Uniquely Familiar Trophy (from The Tyranny of King Washington The Infamy DLC) but in a different way. Players can get one of these five downloadable titles at random, free of charge:

Randy Pitchford, President of Gearbox Software, has confirmed that the team is working on a new character for Borderlands 2.

When asked by a fan if any new characters were on the way, he replied, Yes, were working on another character. Pitchford was also asked when more DLC would be released for the game, to which he replied:

"You can quote me on this, I guarantee that there will be more DLC for Borderlands 2 before the world ends."

Now whether hes talking about the projected end of the world on December 21 or if he means its coming eventually is unknown, but with no solid news on any new content Id guess he means the latter.

Microsofts Xbox Live Rewards scheme is offering free Microsoft Points to those who spend time with Halo 4's multiplayer that is, pretty much everyone on Xbox Live right now.

Assuming youre enlisted in Xbox Live Rewards already, you have until November 30 to take advantage of the Combat Tour offer.

Those who put in over 35 hours in Halo 4's multiplayer before then will net 100 MS Points; over 70 hours scores you 300 MS Points; and a whopping 140 hours brings in 600 MS Points.

Theres also a promotion on which will refund some points you spend on the game, again only for Xbox Live Rewards members. Spending 1500 MS Points on Halo content will refund 100 MS Points, while a spend of will earn back 200 MS Points.

Mix it up a little, if you like; putting in over 35 hours and spending 3000 points will score you 800 MS Points.
