Super Mario Galaxy 1&2 actually have patches for modern controls. You'd still have an awkward way of catching star bits but it actually plays really well.

I was actually thinking of playing Mad World and looking if it has any possibility of being playable with modern controls instead of motion controls.

@last_lap: oh that's true. Ghosts/wenzen/cup will constantly quote youtube videos like they're gospel.

But they fail to realise that youtube videos are just products made to appeal to the masses.

The same youtube videos trashing the games I love, have no problem promoting mobile games. Their video called 'Starfield is the worst game ever' has a commercial in the centre proclaiming some runner game is the best game ever.

Any smart person wouldn't be so easily persuaded, but this type of marketing has become increasingly callous

Main thing that bugs me is that this actually has a military theme: you can see M4 carbines, M3 abrams, soldiers that wear appropriate attire.

Of course I'm excited, I have been playing Battlefield since the Wake Island demo for 1942 and have made some life long friends along the way.

Pacing is way more important than wether something is short or long.

I'm sure a ton of people (read: influencers) played this, expected something else and were disappointed.

I can still hear people crying over that they played Dishonored 1 like a shooter (you can just shoot everyone) and were disappointed by how short the game is.

Sometimes something is totally the fault of the player, not the developer
