For me, i listen to music in a medium level. I know friends how put on rock music and max the volume in the car though. Not to mention the head banging

No they're not. Semi-autos are perfectly legal. At least here in Texas anyway as long as you don't modify it. You can get a full-auto as well as long as it's a pre-May, at least here in Ohio. Our gun laws are awesome here.
