No, it didn't. Rock n Roll developed out of the musical talents of black and white culture. No one race "created" rock n roll. Rock n Roll has so many influences that it is damn hard to attribute the "development" of it to one particular race. Hell, even Elvis the proclaimed "King of Rock n Roll" was influenced heavily, by his own admission, of being heavily influenced by gospel, mostly black, and blues. Rock N Roll is something that is so vastly multicultural it is almost an insult to attribute it's creation to one race. I strongly agree with this. Well said sir.

I'm familiar with weapons laws in two states. In both of them, brass knuckles are c|assified as a deadly weapon, but they're not illegal.
In some countries, Canada I think is one, it's a criminal offence to possess them. They are also illegal in states like California and New York as well as some others if I remember correctly. Other states require they be registered as concealed carry weapons with all the proper paperwork like a firearm. If they're not registered properly then it would be just as bad as carrying an unregistered handgun around with you and being caught.
