I believe around 38 or so, I don't know, I can't measure my temp, only in BIOS.

Also I need to mention, I didn't OC my E6600 yet, I know it's a shame not to. 

If it's not dial-up, it's good.

EDIT: forgot to mention, ALL WoW servers including oceanic are ALL stationed at California some where I believe.
