Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends
A great attempt to reinvent the RTS genre that falls short on innovation.
Three years have passed since the original Rise Of Nations game came out and now Big Huge games brings us a spiritual sequel that captures the best ingredients of the first game with a new and impressive engine. Gamep... Read Full Review

Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005)
The most wanted racing game of the year.
Gameplay: I have to say this is the best in the series. Not only the REAL performance cars are back, but you also have the added fun of being chased by the police. The money rewards, the performance upgrades for your car... Read Full Review

The Movies
The Movies? It should be called The Comedies.
Because that’s the only kind of movie you can make with this game. In fact, the game is not even good at that. If you can piece together a movie longer than 1 minute that makes sense, you should truly win an Academy Awar... Read Full Review

Starship Troopers
Ancient graphics, major stability problems and poor gameplay, are the highlights of what you can expect from this game.
Gameplay: There is something you will find on this game: bugs, bugs and more bugs. I am not talking about alien bugs you have to kill, but about major software bugs you will find from the moment you start loading the gam... Read Full Review

Quake 4
Despite its flaws, one of the best first person shooters of the year.
Gameplay: True, the Doom 3 engine is not perfect and you will either hate it or love it. The AI is not that great, specially compared to games like F.E.A.R. Still, Quake 4 offers what any FPS should: lots of action and l... Read Full Review

Call of Duty 2
Great graphics, lots of action and variety of gameplay make CoD2 the best WW2 game for the PC.
Gameplay: As with the first installment of Call of Duty, this game offers great action and amazing atmosphere. It’s one of the few games where you really feel inside a big war. The artificial intelligence is pretty good ... Read Full Review

F.E.A.R.
Outstanding artificial intelligence and great atmosphere make FEAR a game worth playing.
The best points about F.E.A.R. are its great graphics, amazing sound effects, soundtrack and an outstanding artificial intelligence. The graphics are beautiful but not the best you can find on a game. Games like Quake... Read Full Review

The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth II
A solid RTS that brings fun with great game play instead of just the use of a franchise name.
More than a year has passed since the release of Battle For Middle Earth. Now, EA brings us the sequel to the franchise based real time strategy game. Is this new installment different enough to make it a sequel instead ... Read Full Review

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords
An excellent sequel to one of the greatest games in history.
If you have even a remote interest in RPG’s or Star Wars, then you should not pass this one by. Few games give you so many hours of fun and immerse you in such a way. The amount of content in this game is amazing.... Read Full Review

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
A great game that delivers amazing graphics and many hours of excellent gameplay.
This is definitely the best in the series. The gameplay has been improved so you no longer have to repeat and load your savegame every time you make a mistake. You can go for the stealth approach or for the guns blazing ... Read Full Review

Star Wars: Empire at War
The best strategy Star Wars game yet. Is that enough?
After mediocre strategy games based on the Star Wars franchise such as “Rebellion” or “Force Commander”, we can finally play a game that is worthy of the name Star Wars. But is this enough to make it a great strategy gam... Read Full Review

Empire Earth II
The little details could have made this game great, but the lack of major improvements make it just mediocre.
I really had high hopes with Empire Earth 2. All previews indicated it would be a revolution for the RTS genre, unfortunately the game does not come close to the hype. The little details are what save this game from c... Read Full Review

Stronghold 2
Finally: a real time strategy game where the word STRATEGY has meaning.
If you are tired of RTS games where the only point is to click your mouse as fast as you can and build the same squad of units faster than your opponent, then this is your game. Instead of concentrating on big battles... Read Full Review

The Matrix Online
Another MMORPG that brings nothing new to the table, but it's just plain fun to play.
When I read Gamespot’s review I was pretty disappointed. How can a game that looks 2 million times better than WoW get such a low score in graphics when WoW got a 9? It’s true, this game brings nothing new to the tabl... Read Full Review

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War
Do not be fooled by the good-looking graphics in Warhammer 40k Dawn of War, the game does not offer much content.
The graphics in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War are top-notch for the genre, no doubt about that. The polygon count is high, the textures are sharp and the animations are really good. There is no lack of extra features eit... Read Full Review

First of all, I must say the first 2 days I played this game I thought exactly like these other people that are scoring it with 9 and 10. It’s a brilliant game with no RPG economy, no loot and without all the things that... Read Full Review
