the visual look and concept of this game looks fantastic but the "high schooler" character designs really lame and takes away any intention I'd have playing it
@CrillanK @RJS86 True, what i'm getting at is that I'll be buying a game that I'm probably going to play once to get the feel of it and then shelf it until I finish up some other games. By then the cost of this game will most likely be less (although nintendo games don't seem to drop prices much) so I'll wait.
@Claudu yeah i get you, the first xenoblade feels really sci-fi though and xenogears was about sci-fi spaceship crashing on planet which in simple terms created human life there which goes on for decades before the actual main characters are born. so the games looks more fantasy than sci-fi but the sci-fi feeling is present.
I'm thinking we're going to get a similar feeling from this as well
@Claudu @RJS86 lol yeah they mention they created that custom character, think it was mentioned that you can choose sex, etc somewhere else.
The giant beings are from Xenoblade chronicles, in Xenoblade chronicles "X" the story is different with the spaceship stuff, not sure if the games have a real connection or if it's like a final fantasy completely different story type of thing.
