[QUOTE="emgesp"][QUOTE="Krigon"]I wonder if this is because all those storylines will be in the Blu-ray discs already, and you will have to unlock them. hmm oh well time will tell.ps3_forsureSo, all that means is PS3 will probably have it's own unique episodes aswell. they have already gone and said each version will have different extra content 360s will be downloadable and and with that huge amount of blu ray it will all ready be on the ps3 versionThe PS3 version will not have the extra 360 content. you should make sure that's clear. and second, The extra content was never announced. so anyone who is in here acting like they know if one has more than the other, are just plain liars.
[QUOTE="Goldeneyemaster"][QUOTE="Funkdaddy13"]Nope... Not for 1080i or 720p... Only 1080p.Army_Veteran
Nope the picture looks like crap, washed out bad. I am taking mine back tomarrow.Army_Veteran
You guys are stupid. Please stop posting about something you obviously know NOTHING about. I am getting really frustrated with stupid people on Gamespot..
If your TV has decent VGA support, YOU WILL NOTICE AN INCREASE IN PICTURE QUALITY. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE RUNNING IN 720p, YOU WILL STILL NOTICE AN INCREASE IN QUALITY.
Look here son, I know what i am talking about! I just purchased the cables yesterday and hooked them up. I played with all the settings, still looks like crap. So do not try to flam me, probably some pimply little tenage kid who does not knwo what he is talking about. Don't you have to go to bed and get ready for school, young buck?
well i cant speak for everyone in this forum, but i must say the VGA are way better than component on my tv. My tv's spec's are the now expected 1366 X 768 , 1000:1 , 8ms, 16.7 million colrs. I bought my tv last month. It has temp control in VGA mode. You can up the color alot through that option. IT is a 37" LCD. I would say for 26" and smaller, component are pretty much the best you'll get. for larger tv's, the VGA is a must.[QUOTE="ROCK303"][QUOTE="NoConflict"]Much better, and if you ever see a 50"+ TV in 1080p w/ HDMI, you should notice a gigantic difference.trickmyster13What about playing movies in 720p?
Same situtation, doesn't matter what you are playing HDMI looks better then VGA anytime anyplace.what i mean is the premium 360 only upscales through VGA. can the elite upscale through HDMI?

wow what the heck really? i've been playing in 1080i the whole time. I have a 40 inch lcd samsung. just bought it recently, but idk what i should play in? you guys say 720p is better, I always thought 1080i was betterXbox-360-Gamer1080i displays more detail. but it only really matters when your standing still. also 1080i tends to have better blending of colors. but 720p keeps a cleaner more crisp picture. making it look sharper. but in the amount of detail 1080i has more pixels on screen. but I find 720p is more than enough.
By a mile.NoConflictHDMI even produces a better picture than VGA?
My first question is will the Elite upscale dvd's to 720p through HDMI like it should through the VGA?
Second, I have the poloroid 37" we all see at Walmart. Yes that one. well I have the 360 connected through VGA. It's set to a resolution of 1360 X 768 . There are no jaggies, and the the Poloroid does not suffer from the washed out problem. In fact the colors through VGA are more vibrant than even through component. The Poloroid is a great tv for the 360. But will the HDMI be able to beat the VGA in visual quality? I mean the Poloroid gives a clear and crisp picture that destroys component. the VGA on my tv is top notch. Can the HDMI beat it?
