you can expect the pain to go away gradually over a week most likely.

I twist my ankles on an average basis so listen very carefully! Get over it.

FlaminDeath
Couldn't have said it better my self lol! I twist/sprain mine probably a minimun of once a month. They're completely shot. Forget what everyone tells you, about how to get the swelling down with ice. It doesn't work and even if it does it still does nothing to help heal it from what i could tell. You just end up sitting there with some cold **** on your foot. The only thing you can do is wrap it for support, it'll help you walk better. That's it.

 I wish I was old enough to get one :(

How old are you? when i was 14 i was doing road construction at a freakin trailer park

When I was 11, I ate nothing but broken glass.

When I was 7, I shoveled **** in Louisiana, and if I got behind on my **** shoveling, they shot me in the head. I don't know how I survived.

When I was 4, I ate **** in Alabama, and if I didn't eat thirteen pounds by dawn, they'd make me do the hustle with them.

You all lose.

When I was 9... I had to stay at Michael Jackson's for the night. :(

LOL at everyone on their high horse. I never had an allowance either but i definately wanted one and I bet most of you guys did when you were a kid. If was younger and told i'd get some money for cleaning or fixing **** around the house or whatever it is i'd expect to be paid like i was told i would. Stop giving out all this "I earned my money when I was young" BS because the fact is, house hold chores were much more of a pain in the a** then a paper route.

I'm not as big a fan as everyone else seems to be here. It seems like alot of people like the more melo "jazzy, or soulful" kind of tunes. He's defintely great lyrically though. I've just never been a huge fan of some of those beats. With that being said, this album is still one of the better ones this year. Hostile Gospel Pt. 1 was my favourite track off that album. Nothing else really stands out to me, but I really haven't listened as much as I should yet. I could change my mind about everything after a while.
