King's Quest II: Romancing The Throne
The King's Quest series is well worth your time. These games actually require thought! Continue the adventure with KQ2.
King’s Quest 2: Romancing The Throne continues where KQ1 left off. King Edward of Daventry has died, and as a reward for finding the Three Treasures of Daventry, Sir Graham has become King Graham. However, King Graham ... Read Full Review

King's Quest: Quest for the Crown (Re-release)
The King's Quest series, beginning with game 1, is well worth your time. These games actually require thinking!
The King’s Quest series hails from the days when you really had to think to solve the many puzzles in the game. The games were innovative when they were released, and they have a timeless quality. Given that Vivendi Un... Read Full Review

Lumines: Oto to Hikari no Denshoku Puzzle
Highly addictive with awesome music, making it one of the best puzzle games ever!
Lumines will blow you away. The gameplay is simple, yet complicated at the same time, as you try to make 4-block squares and clear them out of the way. The graphics are terrific - it's hard not to get distracted from p... Read Full Review

Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime
A fun (and funny!) game that is very addicting.
I've never played a Dragon Quest title before, and I probably wouldn't have considered this one except for the high reviews I saw here on GS and in a couple of gaming magazines. I'm so glad I got it - it's lots of fun! ... Read Full Review

Touch! Kirby
Kirby: Canvas Curse is hands-down the best platformer I have played since Super Mario Bros 3 on the NES.
As a general rule, I do not like platformers. I get way too jumpy in the midst of the action, and frustrated when I can't pass a level. The only platform games I had ever enjoyed up to this point were Super Mario Bros 1... Read Full Review

Coffee Tycoon
Based on the demo, I recommend passing on Coffee Tycoon.
After playing the demo for about 15 minutes, I have to say I'm already bored. The options are so limited! You can't help but compare this game to Lemonade Tycoon, and when you do, you'll find the latter game infinitely... Read Full Review

Revolved
A terrific, fast-paced puzzle game that everyone should try!
Revolved is the best puzzle game I've played in a long time. It's also one of the few games where I played the demo just once and knew I had to buy the full version! The premise is simple: Make squares from matching... Read Full Review

Wheel of Fortune 2005
A waste of money - too few puzzles included.
Wow, what has become of my beloved Wheel of Fortune? I played Wheel of Fortune versions 5 and 6 on my old cell phone (a Sony Ericsson T237) on Cingular, and it was fine. While there's nothing wrong with 2005's game itse... Read Full Review

Fantavision
Fantavision is mostly eye candy. It takes patience to learn and is repetetive, but you can have some fun playing.
My initial reaction after playing my very first Fantavision level, which lasted less than 3 minutes, was “wow, that sucked.” Of course, you know what they say about trying again, so I started again. And again. It took... Read Full Review

Tomb Raider: Legend
Too short and an unfulfilling ending left wide-open for a sequel.
Wow. I have played every single Tomb Raider game and Legend is great... the visuals are unparalleled in the Tomb Raider world, and the controls have greatly improved over Angel of Darkness. However, my 2 main complain... Read Full Review

Tringo
Tringo is a great game for waiting rooms and other places where you need a game you can easily pick up and put down.
Tringo is fun and a nice variant of Tetris. It's great because you can get started very quickly, and then put it down just as quickly, which makes it ideal for waiting rooms or just killing a few minutes. There are thr... Read Full Review

Quest For Glory V: Dragon Fire
A great game for adventurers, with a bit of combat thrown in. Great for new adventurers!
QFG5: Dragon Fire was the farthest I ever got through any of Sierra's adventure games, up to that point, without a walkthrough. It was very intuitive and generally things were pretty laid out for you. I just replayed i... Read Full Review

3D Ultra Mini Golf
A fun minigolf game for the younger crowd, 3D Ultra Minigolf features great graphics and an easy learning curve.
3D Ultra Minigolf features a lot of unique holes... among them a dinosaur-loaded prehistoric landscape, an underwater hole, and even a hole based on Sierra's The Incredible Machine game. Many of the props and creatures ... Read Full Review

Karaoke Stage
Karaoke Revolution is an excellent multiplayer game, but gets a bit boring when playing alone.
Karaoke Revolution was an excellent concept. As a fan of the music of Dance Dance Revolution more than the game itself, when I heard this game was coming out, I was incredibly excited. The game is a lot of fun, but it ... Read Full Review

The Sims 2
The Sims 2 on the DS is just way too short.
I was so excited when I got The Sims 2 - my first Sims game on the new DS! The game looks great, and aside from being repetitive, sounds great too. It's got some pretty neat interactions, although they don't do anythi... Read Full Review
