Not entirely... i wanted to get a PS3 owner's perspective on the system, maybe pick up some reccomendations from people that have played the games, and see if i want it. .. you can't get that from perusing articles.
also, i'm constantly on here, and ign, and gametrailers, several times a day, but never really checking out anything on the PS3
Nope, not time to convert. I am not bashing the PS3, but the truth is that right now there are very few games that are exclusive to PS3. It isn't worth dumping the 360 before Gears 2, Fable 2, and a whole boatload of other amazing games just for one or two games. Wait until the 360 has this huge spree of good games this fall and until the PS3 gets more amazing games then it may be time to switch. But going now is a big mistake.-Sphere-
i like what you said, but in no way would i be dropping my 360, just adding to my gaming possiblities.
Also, i loved my HD-DVD player, which, thanks Toshiba, has been rendered useless. Half of me thinks i should hold onto it and scour the earth for cheap HD-DVDs. To only become some elitist, that ten years from now ,brags about his extensive HD-dvd collection at parties and yells at people for not remembering they ever existed. (much like Laser-Disc dorks)
But then again, PS3's got a great Blu-ray player...
Man i love my 360. great games great system, yeah it's given me a couple of problems in the past, but i still love it. My stimulus check will be here in a couple of weeks, and it's already burning a hole in my pocket. i'm thinking about a PS3 with MGS4, and a DualShock3. I've been looking online, and there's really not too many other games i think i want out for the PS3 now, but i'm gonna go pick up a PSM (if they even have those anymore, i haven't owned a Playstation since WAY back in the day) to check out what's coming out. But seriously the system has got to have some negatives for hardcore, must-always-have-badass-games gamers like me.
