I think FPS's are alright, but one i REALLY LOVED was Half-Life 2. Is this anything like that?

Exactly what the second guy said. I am not a big FPS fan myself, but I LOVED Bioshock. Great story with twists and extra "powers" beyond just run 'n' gun crap.

Yes, you can do all of the side stuff later, but some of it kind of goes along with it. I mean, some of the fetch and retrieve side quests you could probably let go, but some of them are pretty simple and fun, so why not do them?

The enemies due level up with you, but not like to a point of ridiculousness. As you are in the lower levels, you will normally only encounter wolves, bears, and the occasional troll. Once you level up some, you start to encounter mountain lions, droughs, ogres and goblins. I can currently kill a wolfor mountain lion with one hit and a bear in a couple. It is not that big of a deal.

No, it is all the same 1000 points as the original, but it has an additional 250 for the Shivering Isles expansion. No, you do not get any for the Knights of the Nine expansion.

*SPOILERS*

Be careful though. When you do the Shivering Isles expansion, it is possible to screw yourself out 30 points. when you have the choice of becoming the Duke or Duchess of the 2 different lands, save, choose one, then reload and do the other. Otherwise, you will not have the oppurtunity to get both, which leaves you with 1220 instead of 1250.
