Dude your wrong. Thats how I got it, no lie. In chapter 3-1 in the marshes you drive to a sunken boat and there will be a treasure chest, inside is a rocket launcher with one rocket. Keep it in your inventory and once you beat the game you get infinite. You obviously don't know what you're talking about, i'm not wrong.
