No no thats not enough, you need a custom manufactured computer with hundreds of threaded graphic cores running at 10 or 20ghz each.

I only used ME for a little while, but I dont remeber it having anything like that, I remeber 2000 and xp being the first I used anyway, but I think ME is like 2000 and 98 smashed into one so maybe its burried in there somewhere.

I also remember around that time reading a computer magazine that showed pictures of the windows 2000 new task manger, and all the new features it had. I think that might have been one of 2000's big selling points
