With a gameboy advanced you're seriously limited when it comes to tactics games. Fire Emblem sequel, Super Robot Taisen (1 and 2), advance wars saga, Tactics Ogre, and of corse FFTA are the only ones I'm aware of. IMO the Advance Wars saga is some of the best out there, but is significantly different from FFTA, while still staying in the same genre. If you really wanted another experience like FFTA get Tactics Ogre.
What I would do... if you have the money for a 640... buy the 320, save up a bit more, then SLI another 320 in there a couple of months down the road. SLI = kick a single 640's ass...
Where have you people been!? This Final Fantasy is the greatest 2D Final Fantasy EVER MADE! And my personal #2 favorite behind Final Fantasy 7. I suggest that you go out and Buy FFIV, VI, VII, and X RIGHT NOW! This game lasted be well into 80 hours when I was in 7th grade, but that is with all the quests and everything done. 40 hours easily. The only thing I have noticed on the GBA port is the music and sound isn't quite as good as it was on the SNES. BUT GO BUY IT! darthlgp
I'm going to have to say no on the FFX. I've played most or all of the series, and have beaten 7,8,9,10,10x2,and 12, and can say the only endeering thing about 10 was the ending and blitzball... The ending was very good, but the gameplay, and basic story I found to be lacking.
Out of curiosity... I'm assuming that she is not a parent, and that she has never played a video game before. Also, that you kids are fairly young? I'll admit that most 'hardcore' gamers have to put a lot of time into gaming, therefore other areas of their lives are kind of lacking, however most 'gamers' are casual gamers... dont spend tons of time they need to be doing something else playing games instead. Most of us know where the real world starts and the games end.
Eh... with a 6200 you're going to have a very hard time playing Elder Scrolls, Fable, or Jade Empire. I'd deffinately do what someone here said before and check out Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. (IMO it has Oblivion beat, except in a couple areas, mainly graphics) Morrowind is probably conceptially one of the greatest games ever released.

Gonna have to go with this. Played through FF7 multiple times, beat multiple times, never saw any note of any other of his species but his fossalized crying (mom? dad... I think)
