Not my first, I had the Odyssey, Atari, NES, Super NES, N64, Gamecube, Xbox, Xbox 360 and PS3. Still say Ryu from Ninja Gaiden, which I originally played on NES.

Yeah, that sucks, this is a ruining of the 360. They took stupidest idea Sony and Nintendo had and infected our system with it. As for "Exclusives" who gives a flying monkey crap. Everyone should be able to play whatever game they want on whatever system they want. This whole whining about "stealing" exclusives is lame. Exclusives in general are lame.

Btw dont **** about Hideo just because he knows quality when he sees it and can also produce quality games/stories ;). I swear im not being a fanboy, i wouldnt sink so low as to revolve my whole life around a machine, all im saying is, it makes me laugh how PS3 owners never, EVER ask for a 360 exclusive, they are literally given by the developers. yet, 360 fanboys are always saying that the 360 is better (how is it? what more could you ask for with the ps3 in terms of gameplay, innovation and money) - yet they always want the PS3 exclusive, I sense either self denial or hypocracy...Just my thoughts

Haha, funny, to say that PS3 owners never want a 360 exclusive, Dunno where U pulled that crap from but U can't seriously believe it. I have seen many threads on these forums about that very topic.. I see U own both systems and that is good, I too at one time also owned both and PS3 is a good system, but it ain't all it;s cracked up to be. As far as MGS4, get a PS3 or forget about it, who needs it anyways.

i didn't say they were the pioneers of destructible environments, everyone knows Red Faction and Red Faction 2 were pretty much responsible for it. I'm just saying, Theres already an FPS that uses it (and probably better). We don't need 2 of the same game, and COD has never been the most innovative series...

The Call of Duty franchise focuses more on perfecting features found in other shooters and making it into a cohesive and fun experience. Whether it succeeds or not is anyone's opinion, but the general consensus is that Call of Duty 4 did perfect the arcade shooter.

what did they perfect? it is the same old thing as COD 1 2, but with modern in its name. Yes I love COD 4 but it didnt perfect anything. It was just fun. If they perfected COD 4 it would have to have no lag. So explain what they perfected?

Lag has nothing to do with the game, it is servers and connection issues. Geez, everyone's a critic nowadays. Does anybody realize how far gaming has come. I set in awe of the excellence and level of detail in some of theses games and the fact we can play against others all around the world, yet people find a way to pick apart even the best of games. Everybody says well they didn't do anything new or innovative. to that I say SO WHAT. Usually when companies do try to do something new and innovative they end up ruining a beloved series. Some times it works, most time it doesn't. Also, as far as adding this and that, they can't even add features to a game now because somebody else did it first, holy crap, that is rediculous. "it's been done" Ok, and your point is. Look at it this way, if U want new and innovative, get a Wii and play all the retarded innovative kiddie games it has to offer, leave the it's been done before old non-innovative games to those of us who appreciate them.

It's all in how U play the game. If U R playing people who are using teamwork in COD4, they will stomp U. If people aren't acting like a team in Battlefield, then it becomes run & gun. In that respect, there is no point in those types of comments.
