Thropies, its the reason I started a new game in GTA IV. :) I wanted them so badly, and now I got 15 out of 51 throphies in GTA IV. I had to start a new game to get them, lol and man it's so easy!

After having completed the game till 86% and 6 stars online you'll fly through the game in a new game. :) I got 8:40 as play time and I'm at 38% or so, halfway the missions almost. :?

I really like it, if you got PSN and GTA IV come play with me. :)

I also promised some reviews:

Super Mario World, GTA IV and MGS4. Well I'm too lazy to make them so they're delayed heavily. I made some progress in the SMW one. Still gotta start the other 2. :?

Oh and remember when commenting on my blog: At least 1 sentence, no excessive use of dots and responds that are just lame. I still see them and if I keep seeing them you're off my friends list. Just so you know! :evil: The people who do this know I'm talking about them. :x

I wanted to level up once more before cutting back my activity even more. I said I partly left GS, now that's mostly. I seriously (yes I repeat) have no intentions of being here.

Oh well, now to the point of the blog. I got levelled up again, this time to level 32 named snake eater. (explains the blog title). I really like this level, cuz it reminds me of snake in MGS4. Which I find pretty challenging on solid normal... (yah I sux at shooters). That's pretty much the update on me, if you wanna talk to me outside of gamespot, you can do it if you have a PS3 and PSN. You can add me if you want, PSN name is in my profile home page.

Well then, I'm not completely gone, thought for the most part. Don't worry, I'll talk ta ya all occasionally, if you care that is. :roll:

Yeah I'm going to leave gamespot, for a large part. I'll still log in but only to see if I got PMs or see activity in my unions. But other then that I'm gone from here.

Wowsers... I didn't think I would manage it but I did. I completed mgs4 in 3 days with 12:30 hours. (I messed up some missions so I had to restart :cry:')

It was on the easiest setting. I bet I'm slow as hell, but I never played a descent shooter before so cut me some slack!

I've watched the ending... totally! And god it was long... too frickin long!!! :lol: It took 40 minutes to see it all out... :o but I liked the ending. I couldn't have wished for another ending. :) I truly loved it!

My rating for MGS4 is a 9.5, I would give it a 10 if the story telling and scenes weren't so long. >_> Actually I give the game a 9.9 just 0.1 away from 10 thanks to the too long scenes.

I enjoyed the game, I'm now playing it on the 2nd difficulty and man it's so much easier. :) This time I won't try to get into battle. :P

This blog will be about my thoughts on how some people on the famous site Youtube seem to have fun by posting fake vids and pissing off big masses. It usually happens when a new anime episode is being released. People post vids with the title we want to hear and a pic that attracts visitors and when you open the vid you see some ugly #^&*#@^*&@# signing "YOU GOT RICKROLLED!!! HAhahaha!!!". :x

Seriously! People who post these kind of vids piss me off to no end! You usually see funny comments there where people made a character in their blog sticking up their mid-finger. :lol: Idk how they make those comments but they're funny and honest. :evil:

I was looking for family guy funny videos just a hour ago and half of the damn vids on the page was FAKE!!! :x:x:x

Just giving a brief summary of my progress and impressions on Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the patriots. :)

Progress

Play Time: 6 hours.

Level: End act 2.

Boss Fights: 1.

I Think I'm slow, but I could be wrong. :P

A act took me 3 hours each so far. :o

Impressions

Story:

It's a little unclear to me, since I haven't played previous games of it. However it doesn't really seem to mess up my impression of the story. I have to say that I really am starting to like it. It's something very original to me. I love the characters, the voice acting (brilliant), the general body language (Astonishingly performed), The plot. (Exciting, the tense is tight all the time, long and sucks you in)

Yeah I wanna give arguments why I have these opinion but I gotta give spoilers for that and I'm too lazy to write so much. :roll:

Gameplay:

It's much better then I thought, the auto aim is kinda useless at times. :| Most of the time it doesn't even aim on the enemy unless I literally stand 10 feet away from them. Yeah... I prefer free aim. It's not as hard to aim descently as I thought. Now I'm getting pretty descent at this. I hope this will improve my free aim skills in GTA IV as well. :P

I love the whole sneaking part, I finally came to realise how important the element of surprise is (after have some neat difficulties in act 1 :(). It can save you so much trouble and fighting. And also decreases the trouble to do a headshot on stupid soldiers. :P

The wall hiding though... I wish it was possible to jump to a wall from a distance and hide like in GTA IV. Would make it even more fun for me. :) But it doesn't matter, as long as you're on your toes you probably won't need a heroic jump to get behind an object. :P

Hiding in boxes and cans is... weird but fun and effective. At least if you don't fall over like I do and roll against any wall there is and make as much noise that you could better just jump in the battlefield and say "Hey look at me! Come on! Shoot me!". :lol: :cry:

Graphics:

This is the most amazing aspect of the game. Combined with the wonderful environments, the greatly developed characters and plot elements the graphics make the game like a movie. Like I said in my previous blog this game has graphics that match up to those of FFX. :)

Boss Fights:

I had only one, but I have to say... they're not that hard once you find out how to fight the boss. Seriously I spent 30 minutes running yesterday searching for the damn first boss just to get 20 bullets on him. :o If I weren't so stupid not to turn on night vision and look at foot prints from the start the damn boss wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes against me! :x Who wasn't really that hard to beat.

It was a good boss fight. :) Something new and challenging.

Ok this wasn't really a quality impressions blog but I at least gave (some) of my impressions on the game. I surely do not regret buying it. :) Once I beat the game I'll go for the other difficulty levels. :) I started on the easiest since I wasn't really a shooter fan. :P But this kinda changed it. If call of duty 4 is also like this I might consider getting it as well. :)

Even though not really my type of game (shooters) I thought I'd give it a try. I needed something new... so I got Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots (limited edition) today.

I have to say that it's along with Final Fantasy X the best looking game I've ever seen so far. I'm still such a damn newbie lol, my aiming sucks. I hope I get better soon and quick. :lol:

So far I'm quite stiff with the controls. :? But hell I just got it, I'm sure that will be over soon. At least, I hope by the time I go play online. :P

Fall break

Finally my school break has started. It lasts 1 week. Even though I don't want to think of school during the next week I still have to. I got a review that must be done by friday in 2 weeks. A review of a cultural event... damn I hate that... I think I'll go to a comedy act.

Less active

I'll be slightly less active and probably not comment on your blogs for a few days. This isn't because of social reasons but just because I'm a little bored of GS and I'm very tired. Besides my back hurts like hell as result from the heavy fitness session I had yesterday... I shouldn't have gone so hard after a long time break...

SMW 100%

For those who even noticed in the previous blog entry I posted, I have replayed Super Mario World. I mentioned I didn't know why I couldn't get all 96 levels done and only had 91. Well I found out the problem, I didn't complete the star road levels with the normal exit point. I did them now and I got 95 out of 96 levels done. The last level is the final castle but that never gets saved. So I see my progress in SMW as 100% done! :)

GS glitch

It's really annoying me, it's a glitch with posting blog entries. If I hit preview the blog already gets posted and when I hit post I get the message ''A topic with this title already exist". ...WTF I didn't want to post it just by hitting preview! Dammit! WTF is happening?!!

Another note regarding comments:

If you can't even make a descent comments of at least 10 words then just say nothing. I just keep seeing comments of 5 words and a smiley that cover good as nothing! I expect at least a damn descent reaction to my blogs!

This goes for only a small amount of you!

I'll sum up some things about things currently or things that are about to be going on.

Fall break

In 2 days I will get my fall break. Or autumn break whatever you call it. It will last for a week. I still gotta go to a cultural event for school and write a review, but but that I'll be doing everything not related to school. :D

Union

I have resigned from my union the A/A and RPG union. It's really something that gets me since I really liked that place. :( Now Devil_Vergil one of my best friends on here is the leader. I hope he makes the best of it. :x

TGS

I've seen some nice footage and articles on Street fighter IV and Monster Hunter 3. :) I want mh3 for the ps3 but unfortunately that got cancelled. :( Street fighter IV though will probably get on the market for PS3 and xbox 360 half 2009 if I remember it correctly. I'm really looking forward to that game as well as Final Fantasy XIII. :) SFIV will be online and I hope FFXIII will be also. If possible. >_>

At least we can be sure of it that FFXIII will look fabulous! XD :D

Gaming

Not very Long ago I lost my data for super mario all stars on the SNES. I had to restart every game from the beginning to end to get as far as I was. :x

I ended up replaying Super Mario Bros, 2, 3, super mario the lost levels and super mario world all over again from the start! :x I was so pissed when I found out I lost my data! :evil:

But oh well I'm almost at my normal level again. In SMB: TLL I got even further then before and I got a new high score in SMB of 568000. :) In SMW I got 91 of 96 levels. (I beat every level in any way... idk why I can't get 96). :(
