No you will have the new mode because you downloaded it on your 360 hard drive the only way for him to get it if you use transfser cables which are pretty expensive that sucks for you mate your freind will be PISSED!
That's exactly opposite how the service actually works
Everything is tied to a Gamertag, not a console. That means if his friend recovered his tag and was signed in on that tag and bought that content it's his friend's content, not his. As long as his friend's gamertag is on his console and not recovered elsewhere he'll be able to use that content but as soon as his friend goes home and recovers his tag the DLC will be only playable on his friend's machine.
His friend will have to redownload the content of course but it will be free of charge because it will show he already owns it.
There is a mute button for a reason you know, also there is kids on all games. Also let's not turn hypocritical as I sure know when I was younger I'd be playing these games aswell. Why should you HAVE to mute them instead of staying in the party? You don't have to mute them, but if they are annoying you, it's common sense to do so. Just like if an adult was annoying you - rather than generalising all kids to be annoying and irritating.

Do you mean if your Xbox got the red ring or E-74 message can you get it repaired or replaced? If so, yes - Microsoft have a extended 3 year warranty on ALL xbox 360's from the purchase date, and no you don't need the receipt to get it repaired.
A game where the autosave is very unforgiving, you die and you think "oh it must have auto saved.." and it doesn't and you end up losing 30 minutes of progress

This. Oh, and MW2 ofcourse. If I die, regardless how fair/unfair/normal the way was, when I die I get very angry, dying right before a killstreak is a different story.
