Good graphics make me fear the gameplay will suck.

Just like with women. The prettier they are, the more you have to suspect a wealth of air in the head. Whether this is fair or not is another thing.

I'll start off by saying the consoles I own are PS2 and Wii. I won the Wii in a raffle. I am also big on PC gaming.

I care very much about graphics. That's why I am so disappointed with Medal of Honors: Heroes 2 and most Wii games in general. I don't know why everyone is hyping that game up. It looks like a PC shooter 4-6 years ago, graphically. As a hardcore gamer, long-time player of online PC first-person-shooters, MOHH2 just doesn't cut it. Look at the FPSs on Xbox and PS3: Gears of War, The Orange Box, Call of Duty 4, and Unreal Tournament 3. When comparing them to FPSs on the Wii, it's like night and day. How can you be so hyped up for a FPS that looks so bad? Stop kidding yourselves. You're SETTLING for a FPS when you pick up MOHH2.

That aside, I can tolerate subpar graphicsif a game'sstory and gameplay is absolutely amazing. However, these cases are quite rare.

Don't people play NES, SNES, N64, GC, NeoGeo, etc on computer through emulation? Why buy them for the Wii?

Is anyone else as frustrated as I am? Got Wii in October thinking SSBB is coming out in December. How will I pass the time now?

I just got my Wii and don't have any games. Should I get Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition? I have never played this game before on any other platform.
