I admit I made a mistake for putting my real birthday in. I could just make a new account but then I would lose all of my hard-earned achievements. This is a dumb move microsoft, next we'll probably end up with "friend codes".

Try changing your Windows Live ID. If you can update your account to an adult you won't have any more problems afterwards. I can download, watch and play anything I want since I'm 18 anyway.DrDeath10
Good idea but I tried that now and it didn't work. The option to promote my account didn't show up.

I had the same problem and I tried everything. The problem is that the generic brand cables suck balls. I switched to the official one and the picture is beautiful.
