[QUOTE="g-unit248"]tc, you act as if people have a choice in getting sick or notflavort
No If people took better care of them selves there would not be as many health problems to pay for. Everybody gets sick, espacially if you dont take care of yourself.
And yet for many, many illnesses, and for many people across the United States, there are illnesses that simply CANNOT be avoided. Yes, there are definitely things you can do to take care of yourself. But our current medical system also does not especially foster preventative care either by charging such exorbitant rates simply to see a doctor. When people get seriously ill in the United States, even if they have medical insurance, they are often denied treatment due to any number of excuses invented by insurance executives. Medical insurance claims reviewers are paid by HOW MANY CLAIMS THEY REJECT. Doesn't it seem at all odd to you that such a basic human need as healthcare is run on a for-profit basis in this country? Should the Police and Fire Departments only come if you have Crime or Fire insurance?
That was the motivation to go to war with Iraq . .. because you say so?
I'm not even sure what you think that theory solves or proves...
After 9/11 there was just an idiot at the helm along with some folks who had an old axe to grind. Together they built an administration that had a culture that believes because they think it is true it must be and refuse to listen to anything else.

And what do you think your theory solves or proves?
This isn't really a theory. The viewpoint of most of the key officials in the Bush Administration regarding Iraq has been well documented for a long time. Go look up the PNAC and their positions on Iraq in the mid 90s. You'll see that many of Bush's senior staff were members. The refusal of many administration members to consider viewpoints other than their own has also been well documented in numerous books any by statements from many former officials.
