the original poster made the best point of all. if we buy games like this one, then theyll keep making them. If sony never hyped lair like they did, and not too many people had heard of it, everyone would steer clear of of it based on its reviews. People want this game to be good so badly that theyll ignore all the reviews, but when it comesdown to it, no one gave it a good review. Im gonna rent it, cause the campaign is only 6-8 hours, and id never buy a game that short.it will most likelykeep my atention for a saturday.

How come no one is mentioning the 1 BIGGEST flaw in this otherwise decent game??? Theres no message, invite, or party systems. Ive been playing it for a few days now, and i cant figure out a way to contact anyone on my friends list. Without these basic things, theres no reason to have clan support if you cant contact anyone. the only way ive been able to play with a friend is when one joins a room, and i click on his name, that way i join the room hes in.
I really hope im not the only one whos angry about this. I like this game quite a bit. Its not so much a shooter as it is a multiplayer action game, and i like that. I just wish i could contact my buddies without using AIM/MSN, or calling them on the phone
its true, the ds is a powerhouse. the ds is poised to take down the original gameboy for most units sold all time. this certainly doesnt mean the psp is dead. the psp is a solid platform that is just now gainig attention from 3rd party supporters. the ds is the better handheld, by far, but that in no way means the psp isnt a good handheld. let us not forget, the psp, as dead as it would seem to be, continues to outsell the ps3, and has since the ps3 was released
ha, i bought mine the day the wii came out. i went to toys r us to see if they had a wii, or a ps3, and they didnt so i ended up buying a psp and a few games. im definitely happy that the psp was the only system they had in stock, i may not have gotten one otherwise
cant wait for crisi core. lets hope the do a little better than the job they did with dirge of cerberus, or the lack luster story of advent children. ive been a fanboy of ff7 for 10 years now, and i was really expecting more from those 2 titles, but i think crisis core will bring back the original deep storyline that ff7 had.
by the way, final fantasy 10 wasnt a bad game, but i find that most people who love 10 the best are people whos first final fantasy was 10. personally, i thought it was a sappy love story, and was too easy. plus, the ending was just boring, i miss the half an hour endings like ff8 had
i was thinking about it, as i do want one of the new psps, but i think im gonna get the ff7 one if they bring it to the states. its pretty much the same deal, exept its silver, and has a pic of the meteor on the back instead of darth vader. im probably still gonna buy the new battlefront though
