I was bored one day and had a new Wii Points card, so i decided to download some games. I didnt know what good games were out so I called my friend wondering what I should get. He told me, " Download Sonic the Hedgehog 1, trust me it's a great game." Knowing what I knew about the current sonic games was that they were bad, but my friend who never lied to me before, sounded ecstatic about the game so I went ahead and downloaded it.
Let me tell you, my friend was right. I was blown away when I first played it. It was 16 bit platforming at its finest! The levels were all unique fron the caves of Marble Zone, to the mazes of Labrinth Zone (My favorite) the game had me hooked. I mean Twilight Princess hooked. I beat the game yesterday and now it is one of my favorite game series (Next to the Zelda and Metroid Prime Series) Just wanna say, a current fallen mascot has had his glory days and they are still being seen. THANK YOU VC!
Well, the DS is a great, no spectacular, handheld gaming system. It has a bountyful amount of good quality games, to name a few, Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Mario Kart DS, Animal Crossing: Wild World, Phonix Wright Ace Attourney, and Metroid Prime Pinball, those are my favorite titles but there are other good buys for the system at least another 10 games are worth trying out. Wi-Fi is one of the DS's best features, a large community of hardcore Mario Kart DS racers will be there waiting to own you in a race you'll never forget. Backwads compatability for GBA games is GREAT! The GBA is my favorite handheld, and many others too, and if you never got one, then DS is the way to go.
