Ok so here's what he got. CD/DVD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118032 Case/Psu Combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811148030 Harddrive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136098 Wireless Adapter: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320022 9600 GSO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121320 Keyboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823126012 Quad + Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.271179 Total w/ shipping: $383. After MRI --> $363. I'm going to tell him that either we drop the peripherals or we drop to a dual core. If we drop peripherals the price is at $345. After MRI ----> $325. Then all i have to do is order parts, and when ram gets a deal for $30 i buy it. Or... We see if he has a dvd/drive. ORRRRR do you think it would be a good idea to use my old IDE drives?
Whats what we first agreed on? That's what im trying but iv got like 60 left for ram and case. I got case for 40.( with psu) So unless i find ram for 20-30 we can't do nothing.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811148030 vs. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146041 + http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817170012 That supply is the same as the one in the combo. And since the second case doesn't have shipping, the both cost the same. Which one is better?
Ok. I've managed to get everything for $350 but with no ram. That includes a keyboard and a wireless adapter. I'm thinking of using my IDE cd/dvd drives that way we can save $30, and it'd go down to $320. Then i'd spend the $50 on ram and it'd be $370. What do you guys think of this combo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811148030 ?
