And according to that card's reviews. It is VERY HOT and it's fan is like thought out wrong or something.

I mean performance wise. I just want him to be able to enjoy his games as much as possible and be able to play the games he listed with no problem at playable rates. And by the 9600 do you mean gso or gt?

I'm not really good in finding good combos, but will try.

Thanks but i think that is a little to high. Like the next Case is $50 Which owns, i can probably get a 30-40$ psu. ( Edit ocz's is usually at that ( 700W) every 2 or 3 weeks after rebate.

I'm guessing you mean this http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.271179 . WHat's better this or the one above. And the one above only has 2 usb ports? He said he wanted 3. Does the description mean it has 2 other then the ones in the back?
