Like i said in my other threads my computer is turning off by itself. I have pics of temps on the other thread. Bt they are all fine apparently except forthe Cpu which shot up 20C... That was after i reinstalled it so i might of reinstalled it wrong.. Anyways What should i do? I have a multimeter? What should i test? I really need help, and my parents are freaking out because they just spent 1000$ on it and ive only had it for a week. Specs are:

Gigabyte P45, Hd 320gb, 4gb Ram Corsair XMS2, Intel Q9400, Xfx hd4890. Oh and on a side note once when i turned it on i saw neither the cpu fan nor the gpu fan turn on so i tighethend some wires and it turned on... Now it shuts off.

How can i be sure that the heatsink is put on right? I have a Gigabyte P45 Motherboard, Corsair Xms2 4gb Ram, Xfx 4890, INtel Q9400, WD 320gb and aa Corsair 750TX. And this probelm didn't show up till a week after and my cpu temps were doing good so i doubt its that... It's weird for it to just jump up 20C... Maybe i reattached it wrong the second time..
