To be honest TC, if you are trying to get a Mod in trouble, you are probably just wasting your time. Even if you screencap something negative the mod wrote, there is no proof that it was not an imposter trying to give him a bad reputation.

Like, say he was a secret Klan member or a Nazi, would you report it to the admistration? Whenever I'm on TDH, I see some horrible things (not in that league though) written by GS mods. I don't get why they would post such things. The mods should go through a tougher vetting process. They should be respectable both on OT and off OT. If a mod was a child molestor in real life, he should have his modship revoked. In fact, his account should be banned. We don't need thugs on this board. We have enough here that barely pass.

I would definitely report it.

1. Being a KKK Member or a Nazi is not illegal in the United States, it is allowed in the first ammendment, it is just discourged by many.
2. If a mod was a child molestor IRL, you should contact the police, not the GS administration.

edit: and besides, MODS enforce the ToU, not the State and Federal Law. If they break the State/Federal law it has nothing to do with gamespot, since they are not being role models for following the Law, but for following the ToU.
