Well his name is Miguletio (Mig or Miggy for short) and he is 10 years old. We have had him since he was 2 and he is awesome. Before we had him he competed as a show dog and won a few events. His favorite things to do are eat, sleep, and go for rides in our car. Well here he is, yeah I know its a lot of pics, but I couldn't help it. :)

Well as you all know 5 years ago today, the 9-11 terrorist attacks took place. Nearly 3,000 Americans lost their lives in no more than an hour and more are still dying to this day from cancer. Thousands of people were forced to carry on with the loss of a family member, co-worker, or good friend. That was the most memorable day of my life; I can recall sitting in my 7th grade art class and hearing that a plane hit the World Trade Center. I will never forget the ultimate sacrifice that so many people gave. I am from a huge family of firefighters and the sacrifice that the FDNY firefighters gave is very personal to me, because I know that my dad, several of my cousins or uncles could be called to make that same sacrifice at any moment.

A major reason that I am writing this is because in school today, there was no mention of the events that took place on September 11, 2001. I was hoping that at the very least there would be a moment of silence to honor the lives that were lost, but there was none. So if you haven't taken some time to reflect on this 5 year anniversary I ask that you do, because we can Never Forget!

Well I'm not sure if any of you have ever heard of this game, because I hadn't until today, but it is awesome!!! We played it today in gym and it is like volleyball except for 3 major rules. You have to either block the ball as it comes over the net or you most catch it. You can take up to 3 steps with the ball. Finally you can pass it up to 3 times.  But anyway it was our class (about 10 seniors) vs another class of 30 small freshman and lets just say, we had fun:twisted: It was sweet because one of my friends and I are about 6'3" so we were able to slam the ball over the net. It reminded me so much of dodgeball, which I used to always play my freshman year.But, now dodgeball is  illegal unless it is played with nerf balls:cry:

Well the first regular season game is less than a week away, so its time to make my Super Bowl picks.

NFC: Carolina Panthers

Although they are my favorite team, I honestly think that they will win it all. With the addition of Keyshawn Johnson, there passing game should be deadly. I can't wait to see how much better Steve Smith will do, now that teams have to watch Carolina's second reciever again. The most important thing for Caronlina is to stay healthy, and if they do watch out.

AFC: Pittsburgh Steelers

Even though they didn't have a great off-season, I still think they are the best team in the AFC. Ben Roethlisberger is just amazing and I don't think the motorcycle crash will affect him much. Also they won it all last year, so they have the expericence.

Well, Tropical Storm Ernesto has got a lot weaker, its winds are only at 45 mph. :D We still should get a lot of rain, but hopefully not much more than that. School is canceled agian for Wednesday, but they aren't sure if there going to cancel it Thursday. Its pretty weird, we had only had 9 days of school this year and now we might miss 3 days, then go Friday and then have a 3 day weekend. And last year we had only been in school 3 weeks, then school was canceled for the next 2 weeks, so its been pretty crasy the past few years.:shock:

Well, I'm just gonna wait here and pray we don't loose power.    

 Well they have canceled school for Tuesday, due to that stupid hurricane. It really ticks me off, they should have just made tomorrow a half day, so we wouldn't have to make it up. If it stays on the same path its on, we will definitely miss school Wednesday. And who knows if we will miss more days after that. They are saying that this hurricane shouldn't be too bad, but that’s what they said about Wilma last year. And to make things worse my dad has to work tomorrow and Wednesday so we have to put up shutters and strap down the boats today.:cry:

But hey, I should try and stay happy so, Yay no school tomorrow:D

We have got hit hard by 4 hurricanes/tropical storms in the past 2 years; and its pretty early in the Hurricane season and we've got another one heading right towards us. Although Tropical Storm Ernesto could still go anywhere or could just fall apart, its not lookin to good. Not sure where you all live but if you've been hit hard by a hurricane then you know it sucks!! Last year we lost power for 2 weeks, yeah it ain't fun. We did miss school for those 2 weeks but we had to make up half of those days. And this year they have made it so we have to make up all the days we miss.:cry: Well here is the latest tracking for it and I live in the bright blue dot in Florida.

I went to our schools first regular season football game last night and to keep it simple we got worked. It actually wasn't a very important game, because the other team isn't in our division. However, it was a very dissapointing game to watch, we had a lot of returning players and we were supposed to have a great year, but our team lost 34 to 7 against a team we should have beat. What really stunk was that our team was playing against our rival school; it's only about 10 minutes form our school; so we could have got a lot of momentum for our up coming division games. And if that wasn't bad enough their starting quarterback broke his leg 2 days before this game, so there quarterback was an inexperienced sophomore; but he passed for nearly 300 yards and 3 touchdowns:shock:

Well its been a week since school started, but it still didn't feel like I was in school. But now I have a Calc test tomorrow, an American government test Friday and 2 more tests on Monday.:cry: I guess I'll get used to it pretty soon, but it still stinks. When did/do y'all start school?

btw, never take A.P. Calc that class sucks!!

Wow, I just watched that new nick show called "Shuriken School" and no offence to any one who liked it but that show was horrible. I  tried having an open mind, because when I saw the first previews for Avatar, I thought that it was going to suck, and now it is my favorite Tv show. Anyway I just didn't get this new show at all, it wasn't funny and the plot wasn't good. And to make things worse I thought that this show looked better than that new Kappa Mikey show and Mr. Meaty, so I'm scared to think about how bad there going to be. Nick what are you doing!:cry:
