Splinter Cell won't just based on the fact it is a TomClancy game. Tom Clancy games do very well, but they just don't have the hype behind them like a lot of other big blockbuster games.

You do raise valid points, but I never said that I didn't like the game or Bethesda. I just think they are overrated much like Bungie and Halo. While Bethesda is a good developer I completely disagree with the statement about developing games just for people. Remember Oblivion? 400 or so Microsoft points just for horse armor? That is just a money grab and everyone knows it. I do like Fallout 3, it is a very good game. I just don't feel it deserves to be ranked so highly because of the way the game is. I have ran into numerous bugs, glitches, errors, and other things that just shouldn't happen in a "blockbuster" game. When I look at highly rated games, I see games that break the mold, are fantastic and pretty much perfect in execution. Fallout 3 was neither of those (maybe fantastic to some). Fallout 3 was Oblivion in a different universe, and you can not deny that. They even play pretty much the same. If you feel that I am bashing the game then I am sorry. I never meant for that, I just wanted a disccussion.

To be fair I never said that I didn't like the game. It's a good game but its not as good as people say. Besides thats my opinion so its not self centered at all. I don't feel that I said anything that would even lead to being self centered, all I did was voice my opinion and ask for comments. Nothing self centered about that. As for the topic, I didn't know that Bethesda was not leading the project. I thought it was, are they just the publisher for the project? I know that will that lawsuit with Interplay that Bethesda owns it. Am I correct?

While I was playing Fallout 3, I came to the conclusion that games made by Bethesda will always be hyped like crazy. Bethesda as a developer does have a very good track record with games but I don't feel that they are as good or as ground-breaking as many people claim. Fallout 3 in my opinion was just one big open sandbox without much direction. I feel that if they don't change how the game plays it will basically be Fallout 3 with a new setting. Any thoughts on this?

Why six? What information have you seen to judge that? I don't think that battles like that will become the norm either. I think that what they are now in games like MW2 is what it wil stay at. Maybe the max will be something like 64 but it won't be massive like how MAG is.

I really respect Naughty Dog as a developer. They have a very good track record with any IP they have ever introduced to the public. I also really respect the direction they went with the company in general. Remember years ago when Naughty Dog was all about the "kid" games as well as platformers? This game as well as the first one proved that Naughty Dog could appeal to the hardcore gamers and mature audiences. I just really hope that they are smart and when the movie comes that they helm it and not let some movie studio ruin the license. But as for the game, I found it to be a huge improvement over the first one. I don't knw about anyone else but the two ways I describe Uncharted 2 are as an interactive movie due to the cinimatic nature of the gameplay and epic. This is one of the only games were all I could say once the credits rolled was EPIC.

Well I see how some people would like MW2 maps better. There is a lot more things to take into account like the terrain. The levels are way more varied and populated with terrain changes and hills. The levels are more cluttered in the sequal I found. So as a group, most people like the maps in the original more?
