Apart from melante did anyone even listen to what I said!? Both consoles are good in their own way!

OMG! You're all so sad! Stop being such fanboys and just admit each console has its strengths and weaknesses! I have a PS3 and have never even owned an Xbox but I can still see why people would get them. E.g. For me, games like Left 4 Dead and Dead Rising. And for the record, the PS3 probably ends up costing less than the Xbox in the long run considering how many times you have to get it fixed.

I used to love this game and I'm glad it finally became one of the "greatest games of all time". Can't wait to get Half-Life 2 on PS3!!

Why do we have to get the sh#tty end of the stick? Now I have to keep my ps2 which just takes up space where the ps3 would of gone, and that's just annoying! Plus a few of my friends take the mick out of me and have said I'm wasting my money on a ps3, no matter what they said I was still getting one and still am. I'm getting second thoughts though so please Sony don't wreck it now after months of waiting!! Others might not be so loyal to Sony and I would hate for them to lose out.
