[QUOTE="AMD655"]

[QUOTE="tionmedon"]

it`s a PC not a gaming PC that will last longer than it takes to read thisi have a I7 3960x that cost me over a grand buy it`s self,not counting the 690gtx that was over a grand for that 2, so what u r building is a web PC not a gamer............

tionmedon

WTF are you talking about?

for you junior go price at newegg I7 3960X thats a 6-pac proc. and a 690 gtx thats a dually and as far as AMD goes they are inferior to INTEL period.....

An i7 3960X will bring litterally no gaming improvements for more than twice the price than an i7-4770k (which is already overkill for gaming). And the 690 is a bad deal too, you're far better off getting 2 GTX 770 in SLI, you'll get better performance for 200$ less. You better be trolling otherwise you're just wrecklessly ignorant.

I've been playing a lot of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. recently and my 680 is getting pretty toasty. I played for about 4 hours yesterday and it hit 84C.

The game runs at several hundred fps so I've been trying to cap the fps using MSI Afterburner, but when doing this I get quite a bit of input lag.

Anyone got any ideas on what I could do?

You could underclock it. I would try that. Or simply use a more consevative Temp target if your card is compatible with EVGA Precision X.

[QUOTE="StaticKornSlipX"]Give me Manning every time ( Except for fantasy, I'm going with Rodgers or Brees. :P ) The best thrower I've ever seen and he's still got it.MarcRecon

I know I'm gonna get flamed for this, but Romo statically/fantasy is the best QB of the bunch! :P(FLAME SHIELDS ON)

At least Deuce does the trolling in a worthwhile way.

Dark Horse: Ravens and Steelers, because despite what the so-called experts say they own the AFC north!!

Flops: Bangals, Pats and The Skins

As a Pats fan I would like to argue against your opinion, but I will refrain from doing so.

Huh? lol

Even though the Steelers are rebuilding, history has proven that they never have back to back bad years!

MarcRecon

That's meaningless. How the hell is history going to improve how their crappy O-line is and how their aging stars on defense will do?

Brees' stats are very close, but one could argue he's done it with less.  Face it, Rodgers has had an unprecedented trove of wideouts around him.  Jennings, Driver, Nelson, and Finley is something Brees never had, the way Meahcam has played in SD has proven that.  Also, Brady is more accomplished and I believe holds more records.  The 50+ touchdowns and three rings, not to mention two SB MVP awards are beyond what Rodgers has done.  Brady has been playing for longer, so Rodgers might eventually outshine him, but I think Brady is still the better QB at this point.  I will say I think Manning is quickly being surpassed by the other three, but another ring could change things.

Marques Colston, Jimmy Graham, Reggie Bush(now it's Sproles filling that role) and his O-line is way better than the one the Packers has. Guys like Nelson and Finley would be nobodies if it weren't for Rodgers. And Driver wasn't the WR he used to be the last few years. So I have no idea what you're talking about.

[QUOTE="psn8214"]

I got this game as a promo from Nvidia when I got my GTX 770, and it's not showing up in my Uplay game list. :( Seems like a common problem right now.

JangoWuzHere

Oh wow same here. Sent a ticket to Ubi's support. Waiting to see what happens.

Taken from Ubisoft forums:

Quick Order Look Up
1. You will need to go to the Ubishop Online Store http://shop.ubi.com/
2. Now you will see a Help option in the upper right corner of the Ubishop's home page.
3. Once you have access to the Help page you will be able to enter in your order number and password for the account.
4. Now you will be on your order summary page. You will see the Begin Download option.

All I have is a download Uplay button. Nothing to download the game.

EDIT: Nevermind, I kept entering the extra Conviction activation key I had like an idiot. ugh It's working fine now.
