These people are literal idiots. They think they're the "intelligentsia' of video games while they don't have a good game made between the hundreds of them. Zoe and Phil are the most influental between them, so Phil is the only one who has made a good game. So like hipsters for video games, but without any good games behind them or talent.
I don't know what their deal is, but they have been brainwashed to hate "gamers" and think we're holding them back and trying to chase women out of the industry
Don't believe everything said on the internet. This is one of the reasons to why people don't like the gamergate movement anymore. Even though zoey and some of her friends may have done some terrible things in the past that does not mean that people can treat them they way they did before and during gamergate.
Is'nt that more or less the core of this debacle? Neither side wants to back down and both sides are kinda twats?
I'm ok with people calling Zoe out on TFYC, on Wizardchan, on all the terrible stuff she had done, on Nathan Grayson, Kotaku,on that award , but flooding her tweeter with nude photos was waay too far and abusive, even though those photos were legally obtained and bought.

Looks like we're winning this and opposition all but gave out.
No one is technically winning this, but everyone is losing .The gamergate group may have gotten a slight victory in the end,but a lot of people now hate the movement because of what a minority of people tried to do to a somewhat legitimate movement.I think it's best to talk about the problems in the gaming industry when people are willing to talk about it.
When who is willing to talk about it especifically?
Not that may people are willing to talk about it right now especially if it's associated with the gamergate tag which is dying slowly. Most journalist(not the ones that wrote all those anti-gamer articles) are open to the discussion about the problems about the gaming industry, but they don't want it associated with gamergate at all and they rather wait until everything is calmed down.Some journalist are still scared of talking about the recent gamergate movement to much.This movement has also affected certain sites .I'm happy certain gaming websites are changing their ethics policies anyway. At least something good came out of this movement.
