This is info from the leak, no one came out to say "We have boob "physics". Their official stance is that the experience will be equal on all platforms and that they're pushing all platforms to its limit.

yes it's a fake account. PC is their main platform and the game will look best on pC, but they're giving it all they got to optimize the game on consoles and don't want to say stuff like that to make console gamers feel excluded.
