Eh, I really don't care about it at all. It just doesn't look all that great to me and isn't on my radar. The Batman game however, does look really, really good. The graphics, and art style make it seem real polished and I am pumped for that one. But yeah, in general most games based on movies suck, the only good ones I know of are King Kong, 007 Goldeneye, 007 Quantum of Solace, and Spiderman 2.

There is a mission in Call of Duty World At War that I am trying to get a movie walkthrough of it. But I don't know the name of the mission. This is one of the mission objectives:

Enter the Reichstag

Could someone justtell me on here so I don't have to restart the mission?

That is the Heart of the Reich, I believe. You just have to fight off a certain amount of enemies until one of the tanks blow up the pillar which creates a hole in the wall that you and the troops go through.

Killzone 2. And here is why I think so. Simply because it supports 40 players online.(in a multi-player the more people it supports the better it is if the game if fun to play.)

A little off topic, but resistance 2 supports 60 players online and has 2-60 players co-op! That game is a blast to play online.

thekey
Dude, you have been smoking way to much "herb". Killzone 2 supports 32 players not 40. And Resistance 2 supports only up to 8 players co-op not 60.

I have played both KZ2 and COD:WAW although for no more than a day each. I enjoyed them equally and was wondering what game's multiplayer component will last longer in terms of unlockable content and length it takes to complete all objectives, etc. Also, what game did you enjoy more out of the two? Thanks!

D-Hellfire
I guess Killzone 2 since it is much more polished and GG is just starting the post-launch support. They have shown they care a hell of a lot about the community. But it still doesn't change the fact that I don't like that game at all...it isn't bad just not as great as everyone says. No co-op campaign, no survival mode ala Gears 2 Horde mode or CoD5's Nazi Zombies, no map editor ala Halo 3's forge, no replay/video system or sharing ala Halo 3's theater, no splitscreen, no standard deathmatch (come, on how to you make an FPS with no deathmatch), and most of all THE CONTROLS...OMG! Anyways, even though I think it is average, everyone else loves it, the graphics/sound is incredible, and it is better than CoD5 since that formula is getting old.

Hey,

I finished Resistance 2 late last week, and checked how long it took me to beat the Campaign. I was just wondering how long it took you guys to finish it/

-Thanks

KeithTobberman
About 7 hours on normal, it was much shorter than the first one which went on for ages.

Fallout 3 is set in a nuclear wasteland

BioShock is set in an underwater city gone to hell with zombies

Dead Space is set in a planet mining spaceship that has been taken over with zombies.

I am looking for a good tactical shooter on ps3.

I have done some research and found the ones available is TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX VEGAS 1 &2 and Ghost recon advance war 2. These games have been out for a while and I want to knw if there are still a good online community for those games.

Any other suggestions?

Leunga
Well, I played Rainbow Six Vegas 1 online and it is complete trash. So much lag and bugs, none of which Ubisoft patched so I wouldn't get that no matter how cheap it is. On the other hand, R6V 2 is much better and has a CoD like ranking system with XP and unlockable stuff not to mention little but great refinements here and there, it was good. As for GRAW 2, I would imagine that like R6V 1 it is dead online, since it was a crappy port released very early on. Anyways, I would recommend Socom: Confrontation over those. The game had major issues but for the most part everything has been ironed. There is still some bugs here and there but no lag or broken stats like there was. The developers have been patching the hell out of it and another major update with tons of stuff is coming soon. Socom is the most competitive game out there, that I assure you. Everyone uses mics, works as a team, there are no respawns, only team objectives (no deathmatch/lone wolves modes), and if you suck...be prepared to get either verbally trashed and/or voted out. It is VERY, VERY hardcore, but that is what makes it fun, it is just so competitive and intense. It has 7 maps and 7 modes, there are trophies/awards, and character/weapon customization, along with clan specific items/weapons/gear. Graphics are solid even if it does have some annoying texture pop-in on the menus, and some visible seams, but it is still better than the other 3 games. The only thing that pisses me off is that menu's lag, it grates on my nerves...every time you press something, it turns into a slideshow and starts stuttering.

Two or so years ago I may have agreed. Now, though, I don't.

Burnout Paradise, Dead Space, Rock Band 2, Mirror's Edge, Army of Two and Battlefield: Bad Company were released in 2008, and all of those are at least good to great games.

Truth be told, I feel that EA was one of the top publishers/developers of 2008.

Agreed 100%, EA did a complete turnaround. I loved Battlefield: Bad Company, Burnout Paradise, and Dead Space.
