I had a problem with mine the domain name has changed,so I had to call Sony and now waiting on an email to the new E-mail address for my other account. Its suppose to take 14 days :cry:
I have a suggestion: Don't throw your PS3 out the window.
Here's another: Call Sony and/or your ISP and see if they can help you.

I have a question about transferring saves from an old Ps3 to new Ps3 with the 3.15 firmware. Does the copyrighted saves go to the new Ps3 and stay on the old Ps3 too or does it delete it from the old Ps3 and put it on the new Ps3.

Hey, I got the red blinking light problem (got it yesterday while play mw2!), and I think I might have to send it to sony for repair.
Now, I have the original 60 gig that I love so much...I was wondering, since when microsoft does repairs for its consoles, it just REPLACES them..will Sony do the same thing, and send me a whole different console? Or will they actually fix it and return the same console I had before? Another question: can i remove my hdd (and therefore keep all it's valuable contents) before I send it in to them?

I had the same problem about a month ago. Sony sends you the same model console you have. Even if you remove your HDD and put it in the new PS3 it will format it and you WILL lose all the data that is on it.
I was playing Uncharted 2at the time when it abruptly turned off. My System turns on then slows way down then blinks red no yellow light but i think I'm screwed
