Betas have not been sent out yet for Canada/USA and the over 18 years of age agreement was already posted in the first page.

That only applies if you have the Beta. Everyone who doesn't have it is allowed to talk about it as long as we don't release any info about it. I have not signed anything and therefore will not be banned or notified LOL niether am I in the Beta
I'm saying if you are accepted to the beta you are not allowed. it doesn't just apply to you it applies to everyone.
