PC Wins Hands down with it being $50 instead of $60 & It has more atmosphere because of the graphic fidelity, with that said it still the SAME GAME on all Platforms, if you wish to prefer to play on PS3/360 then that's your choice. Just have fun, That all that matters in the end.
