unless the game is something i'm really looking forward to, i usually just wait til my local game store has good used games. this way i usually only end up paying 20 or 30 bucks for my games
i know i might be late on this, but did gamespot change its rating system? i noticed that nowadays games are only getting scores with intervals of .5 - assassin's creed got a 9, lost odyssey got a 7.5, devil may cry 4 got an 8, halo 3 got a 9.5, cod4 got a 9, etc. can anyone please clear this up for me? because i think that really great games get rounded down to an 8 or 7.5 while ok games get rounded up to 9.5's, which isn't really fair.
