We have all been assuming that the Goa'uld stole them, and also discussing their past. We all know that the Goa'uld started off in some kind of river or lake environment and then used the Unas as their first hosts. My question now is; did the Unas let them (For a survival technique signifying that the Goa'uld aren't as evil as we thought), or did they forcefully take over the Unas? Also, if they did forcefully do it, how could snake like creatures take over something much larger? (This all gives us an idea of whether the rings were indeed stolen, or given away, based on the goodness on the ancient Goa'uld)

DoHo

he he he nice goul'ds lol

but anny way they got in the unas when the went for a drink then used there newly acqureied(sp?) language skills concer other races (also there strength) and stole other tech slowly and thats how i see it.

It's like the whole time travel deal. If you go back in time and kill your grandpa then your parents will never be born but then neither would you so you could not have killed your grandpa. By my sense it would only end in a infinte loop but it dont know. I hate time travel lol.Kurushio

That theroy of time travel is wrong (my opinion) becuse doing so is a paradox and that whatever happenes you must fail to kill an ancestor( before childs birth) so basiclay you really cant mess up the future from anny were but the present thats why i was slightly annoyed whith the last 2 parts of season 8.

Radio waves, EM waves and gravity can be transmitted both ways through an open wormhole... matter cannot. Don't know the scientific reason for it but may be if you really pay attention to season 1 you may find your answer.mjk1

There that explaines that we don't want no plothholes now do we.
