i like ragdoll physics myself.  They can be funny at times.  Also it allows for there to be different types of deaths.  i mean i hate seeing the same animation over and over when something dies.  And its not exactly real either when someone gets hit by a cannon and just lays down where they were standing ;)

I would rather have the TDU2 because it was able to keep me occupied for hours.  Burnout didn't do it for me that much. 

Get the new one.  With all the xbox's out there getting banned there is a possibility you could end up with one of those.  Not a good thing.
