No, a deep cave wouldn't "suck" because its almost conclusive proof of life on other planets.

How so? Caves on Earth did not need life for them to form.

I said almost, a cave could be eroded by water or manmade=proof of life there. But there are other ways for them to form (wind, corrosion,corrasion etc)
