(paragraph 1)Project Snowblind follows the story of 2nd Lt. Nathan Frost of the Liberty Coalition Army, as he wages a war against The Republican Army, in futuristic Hong-Kong.The game starts off with a semi-long cutscene sort of explaining the story line behind Project SnowBlind. After the cutscene the action immediately starts. When you 1st arrive in what the Coalition thought was a unknown area you are met by your superior. After a short briefing from him, the base comes under attack from The Republican Army. You then take control of the main character Nathan Frost. After a long and action packed battle its finally over. But the battle leaves Nathan Frost severely injured after a bomb is dropped right next to him while he was trying to save a fellow comrade. He is rushed into the hospital where he dies. But the scientists and doctors are able to ressurect him, this time makeing him half human half robot. He has amazing powers that no other soldier on the battle field posseses. He has bult in X-ray vision, super fast reflexes, the ability to turn himself invisible, and the ability to HACK any security system as well as many other amazing feats!
(paragraph 2)Project Snowblind spans across several missions including stealthy missions, Run-N-Gun, and slightly more tactical missions that require more thinking. Each mission is packed with some of the Smartest enemy AI I have ever seen in any FPS, or any game period for that matter. The enemies will duck and hide behind walls, crates, basically anything that provides solid cover. Now lets talk guns... No FPS is complete without guns or some kind of arsenal. Project Snowblind overs a wide variety of weapons ranging from your basic battle rifle to Shotguns to pistols to rocket launchers. Not to mention there is no limit to how many gins you can hold at once. You can hold as many guns as you want at one time... unlike HALO2 which only allowed 2. There are well over at least 15 different weapons in Project Snowblind. Some are so odd and futuristic looking that they have probably never been used in a FPS before. You also get a large amount of grenades, these include: frag, EMP (electric magnetic pulse), flash, and gas. grenades. Along with your arsenal of weapons comes a special ability called BIO-AUGMENTATION. When you became a super-soldier you gained some very special powers called BIO-AUGMENTATIONS. These include being able to turn invisible, built in X-Ray vision, Thermal vision, a ballistic shield, a reflex boost, and much more! Each of these special abilitys naturally uses some form of power. This power is called BIO-ENERGY. It is limited and decreases quite quickly. There are small pickups you can find throughout the game that restore the BIO-ENERGY you used up. So use it wisely! Now lets talk about each ability and how it can be used to help you throughout the game. X-RAY vision and thermal vision are basically mixed in this game. So if you arent sure of a enemys presence on the other side of a door or wall, simply turn it on and you can see through the door/wall. The enemys will appear in Thermal vision. You can also use it just for the Thermal Vision. If your in a dark hallway or any other dark area, turn on X-Ray/Thermal vision and you will be able to see the enemys heat signature in the dark. The BALLISTIC SHIELD is a special shield that creates a cacoon of energy around you which protects you from all attacks, but beware it doesnt last for ever. The reflex boost basically slows the rest of the world down and speeds up your own reflexes. You will be able to move and shoot faster. There are several more which I will not get into.
(Paragraph 3)Along with the Weapons, and BIO-AUGMENTATIONS you also get access to a large amount of items which are very useful through out the game such as the ICE-PICK which is used to Hack into the enemys security system. While you are hacked into the system you can control cameras, gun turrets and even turn the gun turrets against the enemy! You also get these little things called NANO-BOTS. Nano-bots are basically a revival shot. If you die you just press the little black button and you will be revived. There are several more items. NOTE: You can only carry a certain amount of each item!!! You can also find health packs and BIO-AUGMENTATION refills, which re-fill your Bio-energy.
(paragraph 4)I am extrmely surprised in the quality of Project Snowblind. It is a crisp FPS that in my opinion is better than HALO2. The graphics are extremely well done. The lighting and textures are beaughtiful. The characters facial expressions and features are completely recognizable! And with so much action going on at once on the screen the game manages to keep the FPS at a steady rate. How ever once ina while the FPS will drop, even when there isnt a lot of action on screen.The enviroments and level design is also superb. Everything from war-torn city streets to sewers. Everything is beaughtiful in every level.
(paragraph 5)The sound is also a big part of Project Snowblind. With a fast-paced soundtrack and a solid dialogue what is there to complain about? Nothing thats what! The Guns each have there own trademark sound. The voice acting is well done also. The voice actors brought life and basically gave each charcter its own peronality. The dialogue also had some hilarious lines in it! The eniroment also provides its own sounds. Such as buildings crumbling and things falling and breaking.
(paragraph 6)Overall Project Snowblind is a must own game. That is in my opinion better than HALO2. It is always action packed, and never lets you down. With an amazing soundtrack great gameplay and innovative style Project Snpwblind gets a 9.3 out of 10.

True Crime 2 has been confirmed

After several rumors circled the internet regarding whether the sequel to True Crime: Streets Of LA was actually going to be made a reality, it has finally been confirmed by the CEO of Activision Ron Doornink that the rumors are in-fact true. How-ever Doornink did not confirm which platform's the True Crime sequel would be appearing on. This announcment sparked speculation that True Crime 2 may be released on next generation consoles. But once again this has not been confirmed.

Hi I'm one of the new editors here at NGN. Some of you may know me and some of you may not. But look for me to bring you good information when you need it.

There are currently 3 Next generation Systems being developed by the 3 biggest gaming companies in the world. Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony. Each of these companies plan's to bring a lot to the table. The Xbox 2 (code name Xenon) seems to have the upper hand, and is expected to be the big dogg in the race of what I would call "The console wars".
Sony has more experience and a larger fan-base which should really help them out alot with sale's. Nintendo hasn't really released much information about its not generation console supposedly going to be called the "Revolution". There pretty much in Hush Mode and dont want to give out any information to early. look for them to sit back and see what Sony and Microsoft has to bring to the table. Now let me shed some light on E3. E3 will practically be the launching grounds for all 3 next generation systems. The PS3 and Xbox 2 will both be presented before the show at the E3 press conference. While the Nintendo Revolution will most likely be shown during E3. Look for more information in the future regarding the Next Generation Systems. As for now just sit tight and look for us here at NGN to bring you any updates,Rumor's or Story's regarding the Next generation Consoles.
